Janice Karkula, Vice President of Client Success, joined SPH Analytics in 2010 where she manages large national clients and complex projects. She has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, and she is a subject matter expert in the delivery of survey and patient/member outreach programs. At SPH, Janice manages the Survey and Call Center Project Management Teams, as well as large national accounts. She also spearheads initiatives to improve efficiencies, effectiveness, and client outreach to maintain our successful client relationships.
Prior to SPH, Janice spent ten years as Controller for two large multi-specialty physician groups and 20 years in Operations at large national health plans and a wellness and disease management company. Janice’s education includes a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration, Finance from DePaul University.
