Kyle Eddy, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for leading the day-to-day business and operations for SPH Analytics, focusing on strategic leadership and operational efficiency for long-term profitability and growth.
Prior to joining SPH, Kyle was Senior Vice President at Primary Capital Mortgage where he led the Consumer Direct business channel. At Primary Capital Mortgage Kyle was responsible for the leadership and oversight of all customer facing operations including the development and management of a collaborative dedicated service organization delivering a best-in-class mortgage origination customer experience.
Kyle is a senior Customer Care leader specializing in operations management. With an established and proven track record, Kyle is accomplished in delivering; superior customer solutions, customer service, sales, product management, and strategic business planning. Kyle hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management and has more than 20 years of customer call center experience within the mortgage, finance, insurance, and telecom industries. Kyle is past recipient of the Assurant CEO Achievement award and winner of the 2015 Stevie Service award for call center of the year.
