Survey Objective

The ICH CAHPS® survey is a standardized survey program designed to measure the experiences of people receiving in-center hemodialysis from Medicare-certified dialysis facilities.

This survey is conducted for dialysis centers by SPH Analytics (an approved ICH CAHPS® survey vendor) and is intended to:
